St Kilda has named its extended squad ahead of Sunday's match against North Melbourne at North Hobart Oval.

The Saints will make at least one change to the team that defeated the Blues on Saturday, as they look to make it seven wins in a row against the top-of-the-table Roos in Hobart.

Bec Ott will miss the rest of the season after suffering an Achilles injury, with Rene Caris named on the field as ruck in her place.

Jaimee Lambert and Nicola Barr have both been named to the extended bench as they put up their hands to return from injury, along with untried rookie Lilu Hung.

The final team will be announced at 5:00pm AEST on Friday.

The game will be played at 1:05pm AEST on Sunday, and will be broadcast live on Fox Footy and Kayo.
