St Kilda has finalised its team to face Adelaide at Norwood Oval on Sunday.

The Saints will make three changes for their first ever AFLW final as they take on the finals-hardened Crows in a do-or-die clash.

Paige Trudgeon and Nicola Barr will both make their returns to the side after being pulled out late prior last week's clash against the Bulldogs.

Olivia Vesely will also make her return to the side for the first time since Round 3 after recovering from a calf injury.

Arianna Clarke, Hannah Stuart and Nat Plane have all been omitted, with the latter two named as emergencies alongside untried rookie Lilu Hung.

The game will be played at 3:05pm AEST on Sunday, and will be broadcast live on Channel 7, Fox Footy and Kayo.
