St Kilda Football Club can confirm Sam Flanders suffered a ruptured Achilles during Thursday night's loss to Hawthorn.

The midfielder was assisted from the ground during the second term and ruled out of the game at half-time, with scans today confirming the injury.
 
Flanders has been ruled out for the remainder of the 2026 season and will undergo surgery next week.
