After a successful debut season in 2018, the Saints are back for their second year in the Victorian Wheelchair Football League (VWFL).

Led by Captain Marcus Sander, the side finished third on the ladder after the 10-game season, missing out on a Grand Final berth by just two games.

Marcus Sander (Captain)

Marcus Sander will again Captain the Saints in 2019. Currently the Head Coach of the National Squad, Marcus (or Muzz as he is known to many) is an incredible role model for the sport and we can’t wait to watch him lead the team this season.

Patrick McKay (Vice-Captain)

Patrick McKay is the league and club's reigning best and fairest. He is also a powerful centre player and has immaculate chair skills.

Ryan Smith (Vice-Captain)

Ryan Smith is another returning Saint and one of the most exciting players in the league. He has power, speed and the skills to turn a game on its head when rebounding from defence.

Chris Arulnesathasan

Chris returns to St Kilda for a second season where his explosive and attacking style of play will be a huge asset to the Saints.

Lenny Redrose

Lenny Redrose is also returning to the Saints in 2019 and as a diehard supporter will be looking forward to continuing to improve as he did over the course of the 2018 season.

Alex Gale-Grime

Alex was a member of Hawthorn's team in 2018, playing mostly in defence putting her fantastic chair positioning and defensive skills on show.

Grant Maynard

Grant Maynard was a very solid member of Richmond Football Clubs defence last season, he has been playing the sport since it began in 2015 and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the squad.

Jude Antony

Jude Antony has been involved in the sport for a long period of time, he is one of the fastest players in the league and will provide great run out the centre in 2019 for the Saints.

Kermie Breydon

Kermie Breydon, is one of the leagues new recruits and looks like they have the making of a fantastic forward with some great handball skills.

Paul De Santo

Paul De Santo is another new player in 2019 and comes with a long storied history of participating in Wheelchair Sports, he will provide some new experience and will be a great support to the other members of the squad.
