St Kilda has made four changes to the side the played North Melbourne last weekend, including Sam Dunell, Beau Maister, Clint Jones and Trent Dennis-Lane ahead of this Sunday's clash against West Coast.

Dunell has been selected in the 22 on the back of consistent VFL form in the past two months, impressing with his sure hands and ability to find space.

The 23-year-old was upgraded from the rookie list at the end of 2012 after playing five games in his debut season. He is the 36th player to play for the Saints this season, and represents Scott Watters desire to promote a raft of youngsters to the senior team in the first half of the year.

Key forward Beau Maister has also been selected after missing out last week, while experienced on-baller Clint Jones returns to the senior fold after a week on the sidelines. Jones has played seven games this season, averaging 21 disposals per match.

Trent Dennis-Lane is the fourth inclusion after booting four first-half goals for Sandringham on the weekend. The elusive forward has played three games for St Kilda since joining the club from Sydney in the pre-season, but hasn't donned the red, white and black since the Saints historic match in New Zealand six weeks ago.

Sam Fisher will miss with a foot injury, while forwards Ahmed Saad and Arryn Siposs have been omitted along with Jackson Ferguson.

Siposs, Saad and young midfielder Josh Saunders have been named as emergencies for Sunday evening's match which will be Nick Riewoldt's 150th as skipper.
