St Kilda Football Club is pleased to be supporting Tracky Dack Day today, with staff and players showing off their tracksuit pants in aid of charity group TLC for kids.

Tracky Dack Day encourages adults to wear their tracksuit pants to work in support of children living with illnesses. In addition to supporting the day today, the Saints have also donated a pair of team signed Club tracksuit pants to be auctioned for this great cause.

As well as raising money for sick kids, Tracky Dack Day also encourages children suffering from illnesses in hospital to find the strength to get out of bed and get changed out of their pyjamas. The humble tracky’s represent a sense of normality for these kids and the day is hoping to inspire them to keep a healthy mindset.

TLC for kids is an organisation that has worked in around 400 hospitals since 1998 and is an integral part of caring for children and families living in hospitals.

Tracky Dack Day enables adults to walk in these children’s shoes for a day, whilst at the same time raising money for a great cause.
