Bianca Jakobsson will be an outside chance to face Carlton on Saturday night following a back injury sustained last weekend.

A corked back ruled the key defender out of action before the second half of last Sunday's match, however Jakobsson will be given every chance to prove her fitness ahead of Round 3.

Tamara Luke will also be hoping for some game-day action this weekend, albeit for the Southern Saints, as she recovers from a hamstring niggle.

The 32-year-old will need to tick several boxes at tonight’s training session to be considered for selection.

Selena Karlson will hope to join her teammate in the coming weeks, with the defender’s shin condition beginning to improve.

Karlson has started participating in training sessions over the past few days and will likely get some restricted game-time under her belt at VFLW level next week.

Meanwhile, Olivia Vesely (calf) will remain on the sidelines for at least another fortnight.
