Georgia Patrikios’ marvellous 2021 season has been capped off with a strong finish at this year’s AFLW Best & Fairest.

The 20-year-old, who earlier received her first All-Australian honour, polled seven votes at this year’s count to top the Saints' list of vote-getteers.

Tonight’s celebrations saw Brianna Davey and Kiara Bowers crowned as joint 2021 AFLW Best & Fairest winners, while Karen Paxman, Brittany Bonnici and Monique Conti were also in the running to clinch the award in the final round.

Patrikios was joined by Caitlin Greiser (four votes) and Tyanna Smith (three) in St Kilda's top-three pollers, with Tarni WhiteKate Shierlaw and Tilly Lucas-Rodd also receiving votes.

The reigning club Best & Fairest today earned selection in the AFLW Players’ Association 22Under22 side for the second straight year, and last fortnight was picked in the AFL Women’s Team of the Year.
