We're committed to making sure every St Kilda member with a Reserved Seat this year understands how to access their Digital Membership card and feels comfortable using it.
To help with this process, we're inviting members who still require assistance to visit us:
- at RSEA Park during the week (9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday) or
- On game day, Round 18 at Marvel Stadium (from 5pm outside Club Hub at Gate 5, before gates open)
Staff members from our Membership Team will hold one-on-one sessions with members and help assist them with the process.
Members are also invited to fill out their details here to request a call from a member of the Membership team to discuss accessing Reserved Seating for Round 18.
Members are advised to bring their smartphones and if possible, to download the St Kilda app in advance. If you are unsure how to download the app, we can also do this together.
We look forward to making this process as smooth as possible for everyone.
