St Kilda has finalised its team to face Melbourne at Casey Fields on Saturday.

Inaugural AFLW No. 1 draft pick Nicola Barr is set to make her club debut after crossing from the Giants in the off-season.

The 61-game leader will return to the field for the first time since suffering a season-ending hamstring injury in Round 3 of last season.

Veteran Natalie Plane has been omitted.
