St Kilda Football Club skipper Callum Wilkie has claimed his second Trevor Barker Award, taking out the club's highest individual honour at Crown Palladium tonight.

The 30-year-old defender won the award with 255 votes, edging out Jack Silvagni (250) and Max Hall (241).

The honour caps an outstanding season for Wilkie, who led the Saints admirably in his first year as co-captain alongside Jack Sinclair.

Wilkie becomes a two-time Trevor Barker Award winner (2024 and 2026), adding to his two All Australian blazers (2023 and 2026).

Silvagni finished runner-up after quickly forming a formidable partnership with Wilkie in the back half of the field.

The first-year Saint enjoyed a career-best campaign after arriving at RSEA Park as an unrestricted free agent ahead of 2026, playing every game and demonstrating a selfless, team-first approach that was also recognised with the Team Trademark Award.

Emerging gun Max Hall rounded out the podium with his maiden top three finish in the Trevor Barker Award.

Entering the year with just 23 AFL games under his belt after being selected in the 2024 Mid-Season Draft, Hall developed into a genuine midfield force, averaging more than 23 disposals per game.

The 24-year-old's breakout campaign was also recognised across the competition, earning the 2026 AFL Coaches Association Best Emerging Player Award. Hall also claimed the fan-voted LOEWE Sainter of the Year award during tonight’s ceremony.

Among the other award winners, Hugo Garcia was named the John Beveridge Best Emerging Player following a breakout season which saw him finish among the league’s top 10 for clearances, centre clearances, and tackles.

Ryan Byrnes received the Robert Harvey Best Clubman Award, named in honour of the 383-game St Kilda great and current assistant coach.

The Trevor Barker Award is the highest individual honour at the St Kilda Football Club, named after one of the most respected figures in the club’s history.

Across 230 games, Trevor Barker embodied the qualities that define a Saint - courage, loyalty, selflessness and an unwavering commitment to the club. The award recognises not only excellence on the field but also the values Barker represented throughout his career.
