Hunter Clark has been cleared of any serious injury, only needing to pass a fitness test at main training on Thursday to assert his eligibility for selection this weekend.

Both Clark and Matthew Allison did not complete Sandringham’s victory over North Melbourne on-field on Sunday, worrying Saints fans.

“Pleasingly, Hunter will hopefully be fit to play this weekend,” EGM Football David Misson said.

“He has had some terrible luck when it comes to injury over the past 18 months, so it’s nice to have this one fall his way.

“Scans have since confirmed an ankle sprain for Matty, so he’ll need to get through training to put his hand up.”

Liam Henry is fully fit and available to play his first game since starring at the MCG in Round 2.

Brad Crouch (knee), Dan Butler (ankle) and Olli Hotton (ankle) all remain at least a few weeks away, while James Van Es continues to recover from ankle surgery.
