St Kilda's 2026 campaign has come to a close, finishing the home and away season in 11th place with 10 wins and narrowly missing out on a Wildcard place.

Despite the disappointment of missing September action, improvements were clear to see across the board, with individual players growing in front of the Saints faithful into stars of the competition to come.

Superstar Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera lead the way for the Saints with ball in hand in 2026, averaging the ninth-most disposals of anyone in the AFL on his way to a second All-Australian blazer.

Veterans Bradley Hill and Jack Sinclair followed close behind, with Hill's 27.4 the third-highest among any player over 30 years of age.

Young stars Hugo Garcia and Max Hall also found plenty of the footy alongside new recruit Sam Flanders.

Rowan Marshall's sensational performance against the Cats in Round 19 saw him have the highest-rated game of any Saint this season, where he amassed 33 disposals, 30 hitouts, 12 clearances and two goals in a 27-point defeat.

Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera had two games in the top five, his performances against North Melbourne (46 disposals, four goals) and West Coast (34 disposals, 11 score involvements).

Max Hall's 26 disposals and four goals against the Dees early in the season features, as well as Jack Sinclair's 35 disposal effort in Opening Round.

Liam Ryan claimed the Saints' leading goalkicker title in his first season in the red, white and black, kicking 33 goals in the 2026 campaign despite missing six games.

Three-time club leader Jack Higgins followed closely behind, alongside Mitch Owens. Max Hall and Cooper Sharman rounded out the top five.

Young midfielders Hugh Boxshall and Hugo Garcia were prolific in their tackling numbers this season, leading the Saints across the campaign in their second and third years respectively.

Mid-season draftee Campbell Lake was sensational in the back half of the year, leading the AFL for tackles inside 50 with a minimum of 10 games played (2.7).

Veterans Jack Macrae and Dan Butler were similarly aggressive once again in 2026.

Hugo Garcia continued her breakout season with sensational clearance numbers, the equal-ninth most across the competition. 

Ruckman Rowan Marshall followed close behind, as well as midfielder Jack Macrae. Following them were fellow midfield stars in Max Hall and Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera.

Co-captain Callum Wilkie was sensational in 2026, comfortably leading the AFL in marks per game across the campaign where he was named the AFLCA's Defensive Player of the Year and received his second All-Australian selection.

Veterans Bradley Hill and Jack Sinclair racked up the numbers in their roles starting attacking chains, while Jack Carroll and Jack Silvagni were also able to find the ball in their hands consistently.
