The Saints return home for a prime-time Saturday night clash at Marvel Stadium against Hawthorn for Kids Go Free round.

Blue Ribbon Cup

This week, St Kilda and Hawthorn will compete in the annual Blue Ribbon Cup. The Blue Ribbon Cup is one of the AFL’s longest standing traditions and honours the courage and sacrifice of all Victorian police officers and those that have fallen in the line of duty. At the conclusion of the match, all players will receive commemorative Blue Ribbon medals, with the best player from each team to also be awarded Silk-Miller Memorial Medals.

Round 17 tickets are available for Reserved Bay members to pre-book, or General Admission access members who wish to upgrade their seat using their 12-digit barcode.

All you need to know before heading to the game on Saturday night at Marvel Stadium: 

Please be advised that due to Firelight Festival, Harbour Esplanade will be closed between Bourke Street and La Trobe Street from Friday 4 July - Sunday 6 July (4pm-midnight each night).

• * Harbour Esplanade closure will be extended to Dudley Street from Bourke Street between 9pm and 11pm.

• * La Trobe Street will be closed between Harbour Esplanade and Adderley Street between 10pm and 10.40pm.

Please seek alternative route post-match if attending by car.

🚊 Train Disruption:  

• Buses replace trains on the Hurstbridge Line between Heidelberg and Eltham stations until the last train on Thursday 24 July. 

• Buses replace trains on the Werribee and Williamstown lines between North Melbourne, Werribee and Williamstown stations from 11pm Friday 4 July until the last train Sunday 6 July. 

• Buses replace trains on the Sunbury Line between North Melbourne and Sunshine stations from 11pm Friday 4 July until the last train Sunday 6 July. 

• Coaches are also replacing trains on sections of the Gippsland Line until mid-August. 

• Coaches replace trains on the Ballarat Line between Southern Cross and Melton stations from 11:30pm Friday 4 July until the last train Sunday 6 July. 

• Coaches replace trains on the Bendigo Line between Southern Cross and Gisborne stations from 11:30pm Friday 4 July until the last train Sunday 6 July. 

🚗 Road Disruption:  

• Flinders Street (eastbound) is closed between Elizabeth and Swanston streets.   

• The citybound exit from the Princes Freeway to Clyde Road, Berwick is closed until mid-November.
