The second week of pre-season took place for the 1-4 year players, with many more familiar faces taking to the track early ahead of the official start on Monday.
Callum Wilkie, Rowan Marshall, Brad Hill, Liam Henry, Paddy Dow, Dan Butler and Dougal Howard all re-joined their younger counterparts on the track, as well as Mason Wood, Cooper Sharman and Sam Flanders who appeared last week.
Butler, Howard and Dow’s respective appearances come after a successful rehab period from long-term injuries to their elbow, hamstring and collarbone respectively.
It saw a large contingent on the track through the week, as the boys muscled their way through some unusually poor November weather.
Liam Ryan made his first appearance on the track as a Saint, running laps on Friday as he begins conditioning into pre-season.
Darcy Wilson continued to impress after returning in incredible shape from his off-season, while Flanders and Liam O’Connell also showcased their prowess in contested drills.
Alex Dodson worked hard alongside fellow 2024 draftee James Barrat as they develop ahead of their second seasons in the system.
Off the track, new signings Tom De Koning and Jack Silvagni continue to work on their individual programs in the gym ahead of Monday’s return, while Max King and Hunter Clark continue their respective rehab programs.
