Off the back of her match-winning performance that will go down in St Kilda history, Caitlin ‘G-Train’ Greiser has earned the Round 3 Dare Sainter of the Round.

Moorabbin’s newest cult hero put on a show in front of the 4000-strong crowd, kicking two of the Saints’ three majors to seal their first-ever win in the AFLW Competition.

HEAVEN SENT: The new G-Train delivers Saints' historic first win

Greiser starred in front of the St Kilda faithful with 11 disposals and four marks to go alongside her game-changing bag.

‘G-Train’ saved her best for last.

With the Saints down by a point halfway through the final term, Greiser launched from outside 50 to give the red, white and black the lead; the roar of the crowd confirming her incredible feat.

“I just thought I’d back myself, take a bit of time off the clock,” Greiser told saints.com.au.

“It went in, so it was pretty cool.”

There's a new cult hero at RSEA Park.

It was only 21 months ago that Greiser was offered eight scholarships to play soccer in America, before deciding that she would make the switch to football.

Now, the power forward is starting to find her feet within the side.

“I’m just trying to make sure I keep improving every week,” Greiser said.

“The girls and Peta are helping with my confidence.”

St Kilda will face an undefeated Fremantle this Sunday at RSEA Park, with the first bounce at 3.10pm.
